Yes, you can move between Starter, Growth, and Established at the start of any billing cycle. We review your results together and suggest an adjustment if your business needs more or less support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and major payment cards for monthly billing. Invoices are issued at the start of each cycle, and Egyptian businesses can request local currency invoicing on request.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Our standard packages run month-to-month after an initial 3-month period, which gives SEO and ad campaigns enough time to show measurable movement. You can cancel with 30 days notice after that period.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the results?
We schedule regular check-ins to review data and adjust strategy based on what the numbers show. If a specific tactic isn't performing, we discuss alternatives within your existing plan before recommending changes.
Do the packages include website hosting or design?
